Lobster Mania

There's a store down the street sell Maine lobster every Memorial day so we decided to get a couple. I would have nothing to do with them, I wouldn't even hold the bag they were in. (I know I'm a wimp!) Before we cooked them we brought them out to play.

All in all, the steak and lobster dinner was really good! But Danielle would rather have them as pets then eat them for dinner!!

FUN in the SUN!!

The weather this past weekend was beautiful! And we made the most of it.

On Thursday we meet some of our friends at Hovander Park for a picnic & some fun. Since being there for mothers day they now have little pigs, which where really cute. After lunch we played on the toys, then headed home for our nap.

On Friday we went down to my parents house to help with a yard sale. It was so hot (like high 80's) so we made the most of it by jumping through the sprinkler with Avery. We also had a picnic dinner at Juanita beach... but I left the camera in the car.

On Sunday after I got off work we went to Birch Bay to play on the beach. We met up with some friends and had a great afternoon throwing rocks, throwing the ball around, and flying our Elmo kite as high as it could fly. It's Monday now and as luck would have it, it's raining again. Hopefully the sun comes out later this week.

Happy Mothers Day!!

Happy Mother's Day to all you fabulous mom's. I have had a wonderful day and weekend. We went to Seattle on Friday to spend the night with Nana. We had a nice relaxing time. We played at the park and went for a leisurely walk through the Arboretum on Saturday. After that we met with my family at the Aquarium. The girls had so much fun!! Today has been really nice and relaxing. Grant and Danielle made me breakfast, then we went to Hovander Park to fly our kite and pet the animals that live there. Danielle had so much fun seeing all the animals and jumping in puddles.

Nana has this really neat park right by her house that we go visit everytime we see her!!

Cousin Avery's 3rd Birthday!!

We are a bit late with posting but Danielle's favorite BIG cousin turned 3 last weekend. We went down to celebrate her big day! She invited all of her friends to the Little Gym for some fun! We played on the mats, balance beams, parachute, the air jump and trampoline. After we played we had icecream and opened presents. The day was full of fun!! Thanks Avery for having a birthday!!

Trip to Whistler

Our good friends, the Crovo Family, invited us to Whistler for s short getway. Besides the roads getting there, we had a BLAST!! Danielle and Sammie had so much fun playing with each other... jumping on the bed, sharing toys, chasing each other, and just hanging out. The big kids had fun relaxing and watching the the girls. The weather wasn't very good, but that didn't stop the fun!!
