I'm getting so BIG!!

Cooing at Momma

Her reward after tummy time. :)

Danielle will be 8 weeks on Friday! She is getting so BIG (already fitting into the 3-6 month outfits). I must say we've been blessed with an angel. She is already sleeping through the night, from 10-11pm to 5-6am, it's a VERY nice treat for mommy and daddy. And she's in the big crib in her own room!! I was nervous about that for the first couple nights, but the monitor catches every little sound, it's great!

Danielle is so fun. She makes me laugh everyday with all the things she does. She is cooing, babbling, smiling like crazy and really likes our daily walks. We've been doing tummy time every day, which she doesn't like but we try to do 10-15 minutes a day. She likes the floor mat with the bright colors, the dangely birds and the star that lights up and plays a music.

We are heading down to California for Ashleigh & Todd's wedding in two weeks. I'm a bit nervous about the adventure, but I'm sure everything will be fine.

Growing Fast

This week there has been a new addition to the family. This gorgeous cat came to us via the Humane Society. We are naming him Skipper, and he is a very pretty blond with some reddish highlights and very interesting blue eyes. I'm not done mourning my pal Waify yet, and no pet could ever replace him, but Bogey needs a new friend. He is a very nice cat, very well mannered, and in 2 days has already adjusted quite well to his new surroundings.

The latest pix of Danielle are in the last few days. Krissy went out for another walk and dolled her up. And as usual, sometimes I can't resist taking pictures while she's making funny gestures and expressions in her vibrating chair. If you look closely you can see that she's "Daddy's Little Angel"!

Big Smile

This one is more of a smirk...typical of us DeRemer's.

She smiled big at Daddy this morning though, here's a good one.
