Danielle's New Tricycle

Grandpa & Grandma DeRemer gave her a big girl Dora tricycle for Christmas. Since we had really nice weather last weekend we decided to put it together. She LOVES the bike!! She can't reach the pedals yet, but she gets around really well pushing her feet. The only thing we need to get is a helmet. Here are some photos of Danielle enjoying her bike last weekend.

It's pudding night!

Is she ready to use the Potty?!!

The past couple of days Danielle has been asking to sit on the big toilet (not the little one we have out for her). So this morning I let her sit on it. She unzips her jammies and tries to take her diaper off and sits. We put her on fully clothed so she could see what it's like. Before her bath this evening I took her diaper off and sat her on the toilet. She sat for about 3 minutes and I was telling her to try and go potty. She didn't go but when she was all done she shut the lid and flushed. Could she be ready for the potty?! We hope so... that would be so AWESOME!!

Easter Weekend

We had a fun filled weekend with lots of Easter festivities. On Saturday, our friends Rachelle, Tyler & Preston invited us up to Birch Bay for an Easter egg hunt. It took about 5 minutes (at most) so we decided to go play at a play ground nearby and have lunch. It was a great day and was so fun playing with Tyler.

On Easter Sunday, we invited our family up to our house to have brunch and a little Easter egg hunt. Since the weather was so crappy (a torrential down pour) we had it inside. The girls had a blast finding eggs and playing with their new goodies. Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

Danielle has managed to climb up the couch, onto the window sill, and onto the kitty condo. Don't worry it's not going to be a regular thing. Although we thought it was really funny she actually got up there to pet Skippy. He thought he was safe up there, ha ha not anymore.


The mountain (or should I say) cat climber... Skippy isn't safe on his perch anymore. :)

New Jersey

Last weekend we flew to New Jersey for Grant's brother, Reed's wedding. We were also lucky to be able to celebrate Zachary's 4th birthday. It was such a special trip, being able to meet all of Nancy's family and to be able to have the entire DeRemer clan in the same place for the weekend. Danielle and Zachary had so much fun playing together and chasing each other. It's too bad we don't live closer.

I was very nerous about the 5+ hr. flight that I couldn't even look forward to getting there. To our delight, Miss Danielle was so good on both flights. I told Grant now that we have a 5 hour flight under our belt, we can fly anywhere. :)

Jungle Play Land

We found this great indoor playland (that's clean) in Mt. Vernon. Danielle and I invited our friends Megan and Ronan to come with us to check this place out!! It's in this huge gym behind a church. Its a great place for a rainy day!!
