Disneyworld

We just got back from an AWESOME trip to Disneyworld and a 7 day cruise to the Eastern Carribean. It was so nice to get away from it all and be warm! It was hard to come back to liquid sunshine but all good things must come to an end. :) Here are some pictures of the amazing time we had.

Waiting to board the Tinkerbell plane to Orlando!

The first person we see as we enter the park, Pluto!

Revving our engines for the car race!

Look out everyone Danielle's behind the wheel. (I LOVE this picture!)

Yay, we beat Nana & Daddy!

We went on the Pooh Adventure and afterwards ran into Winny the Pooh and his friends!

After waiting 45 minutes, we finally got to ride Dumbo!

Hanging around the castle waiting for one of the many parades. Unfortunately Danielle fell asleep through the parade, but Mommy was amused with the entertainment while Daddy and Nana hit Splash Mt and Big Thunder Mt.

Danielle's favorite people. Minnie & Mickey

Her new favorite thing, getting her face painted, a beautiful butterfly!

This was Mommy's favorite part of Disneyworld. Being up close and personal with Mickey & Minnie! Danielle was a little shy but loved it, it was so special.

One of our favorites, the Tea Cups. We went on this ride 2 times because it was so fun!

Another dancing parade as we were leaving!

Grooving Goofy!

After we explored Magic Kingdom, we went to Animal Kingdom to see all the animals and enjoy some rides. We had a blast going down the wild river ride and getting soaked!!

The safari was the first thing we did and it was quite amusing!

Al the Alagator(s)

Danielle's favorite, giraffes

This tree was in the middle of the park, if you look closely it has engravings of all the animals at the Animal Kingdom.

These monkeys were really fun to watch. The female (the blonde) had a baby 3 days prior and you can see the baby latched onto her.

The clan riding Dino the Dinosaur

D & I modeling our ponchos in the pouring rain while waiting for the bus to Epcot!

We went to Epcot for dinner and to explore a litte. Around the outside of Epcot you walk through different countries where you can experience the culture and food from each country. It was really neat and we'll have to go back to explore more. We decided to stop in Japan and have dinner for Nana's birthday celebration!

Our master chief!

Danielle mastering chopsticks!! And handling them really well.

Disneyworld was so fun and quite an adventure. We were only there 2 1/2 days which was way too short. We will definitely have to visit again for a longer period so we can catch everything they have to offer!

Family Photos

We recently had some photos taken by a local photographer, Evantide Photography, they were awesome to work with and the pictures turned out great! Here are just a few of my favorites.

The Holidays!

I know this is really delayed...

The holiday season was a little chaotic this year. We moved into our new house 2 weeks before Christmas, which made Danielle wonder if we were getting a tree and decorating for Christmas at all. But life works in mysterious ways and we were somewhat settled in just in time for Christmas! We decided to spend Christmas Eve at our new house and wake up to see what Santa brought us. We were able to carry out some of our traditions we did as a kid. We lit luminaries in the driveway, watched A Christmas Story, and of course left out milk and cookies for Santa. :) We hope you all had a nice holiday season. We are now looking forward to our vacation coming up in February!!

Making our gingerbread house with GG.

Our masterpiece.

Sorry for the blurry pic, but this was Grant filling the bags for the luminaries.

The luminaries lighting the path for Santa.

Danielle said she was getting ready for Santa with a yogurt facial.

Showing off her Dora racket she got from Gpa & Gma DeRemer.

We went to Nana's house for brunch on Christmas day.

We went to our favorite park near Nana's to play for a while.

A family shot!

We then headed to GG's for dinner and presents.
Bubba with his girls... Nat was scared and tired of pictures. :)

Our New House

We finally bought a house! We will be moving in next weekend, December 12th! Just in time for Christmas!
Here's a couple pictures of the house. It's a five bedroom home with LOTS of space and has a great back yard with swings and play house. We are looking forward to settling in and exploring our new neighborhood!!

If you would like our new address, please email us kderemer24@hotmail.com

Our home

Danielle so excited we have a basketball hoop, well I think she could care less actually. :)

Danielle Capturing Pictures!

Danielle LOVES to play with toys she isn't really suppose to, like cell phones and cameras. As she is getting older, she is learning to be very gentle with the camera and has actually taken some good pictures. Here's a couple I had to share.

One of our cats Bogey. I'm surprised she actually let Danielle get so close to her.

Her buddy Skippy. Up close and personal.

Beautiful little girl

"Say Cheese Momma!"

Skippy and Bogey are actually sharing the cat condo! That's a surprise and Danielle caught them sharing it!

Happy Halloween

We had a really fun Halloween this year. Danielle was so proud of her costume and wanted to wear it all day. We headed down to Fairhaven which was super crowded but we had a great time watching Danielle and seeing all the neat costumes. A couple of shopkeepers said she was a fairy and she would correct them by saying, "I'm not a fairy I'm a butterfly!!" It was so cute the way she said it. Hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween!!!

Our butterfly and her jack o lantern.

So many treats to pick from.

The shop she decided to pass... she didn't like the masked costumes.

Silly Daddy!

A "firefly" by night. :)
