Swim Lessons

Danielle has been taking swimming lessons for the past couple of weeks. She absolutely LOVES it!! It's only 30 minutes which isn't long enough for Danielle. She always wants to stay in the pool and keep playing. Every day she asks if she gets to go swimming. We hope to continue the lessons through the summer!

Random Silliness

I know it's been way too long since I've posted but here are a couple pics of Danielle doing silly things.

Danielle and I had awesome girls day yesterday. We played at home in the morning in our jammies and her in her birthday suit, then headed to the open swim in the afternoon. I was changing bedding and came out to her dipping her apples in the peanut butter jar.

Forts N' More!

Danielle caught the flu bug last week so we've been house bound for a while. Although we haven't been bored. We made cookies for Daddy, colored in a new Elmo coloring book, played "nicely" with our cats, and most of all built forts!!!

We finally gave in and built part of Danielle's bunk bed that GG bought her. We set the bed up as a twin and it fits perfectly in her room. She has all new bedding and is so excited to share her bed with all of her stuffed animals.

Weekend Down South.

We spent the weekend down south and had a great time catching up with friends we rarely see anymore now that we are up here. We went to the Slater's annual Superbowl party which is always a blast, even though our team lost and Brent wasn't there. It was great to catch up with everyone.

On Monday we went to Port Orchard to say goodbye to a very dear friend, Ralph Miller. He fought a courageous battle of cancer until the very end. He will be missed immensely by everyone he knew. Rest in peace my friend, rest in peace!!

Danielle's First Fort

While I was making dinner the other night, Grant & Danielle made a fort out of the couch cushons. Danielle LOVED it and managed to get most of her stuffed animals in there too.

Cousin Natale turns ONE!!

Natale had her first birthday on December 28th. Since we had a crazy busy holiday with the storms and such, Kim decided to wait to celebrate her birthday until last weekend.
Happy Birthday sweet Nat Nat. She's so adorable! She's becoming independent and always wants to be heard around the house. You make sure your momma and sis know who's boss!! :)

It's crazy to see how little she looks to me here. These days she tells me what she did at preschool and her imagination is running wild! She's quite the BIG girl now!!

Wii Fun!

I got the Wii fit from my sister, brother-in-law and brother for Christmas, I was shocked and so stoked!! We broke it out right away and have had so much fun with it. I try and do the fit everyday for a little bit but the most fun is having people over and watching them make fools of themselves.
